Dune houses

From the developer’s brochure:
“Transparency and the least possible damage to the dune landscape have been central to the development of this plan. In order to be able to comply with this, we have fully integrated the parking garage, with no less than two parking spaces for each apartment, into the dune landscape and the 4 residential buildings are on ‘legs’ on top of the dunes. Comfortable living and recreation at a high level with a stone’s throw from the beach, what a life!”
