The father had an app on his tablet and they had lots of fun checking out wether everything went according to the schedule. I think I got a bit carried away by their enthusiasm…

Ferropolis, Saxony-Anhalt
(ISO 200, f8 @ 32mm, 30sec., 17:52) This place is located half way between Wittenberg and Dessau (the place of the Bauhaus since 1925) and it is a kind of open-air museum of open pit excavators from the mid-twentieth century. I was allowed in for an evening and tried to capture the mood of this extraordinary place.
